YOUR RIGHT TO DATA DELETION
Tru Skool Entertainment International Corp ("Tru Skool") respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used any of our services — including our websites, social media integrations, or online stores — and would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, you may submit a deletion request using the instructions below.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include:
1. Your full name.
2. The email address(es) associated with your account or interactions with us.
3. A description of which data or services you would like us to address (e.g., "Delete all data associated with my account," "Remove my data from your mailing list," etc.).
4. If your request relates to data obtained through a Facebook or Instagram integration, please indicate this so we can address platform-specific data accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Upon receiving your request, we will:
1. Verify your identity — We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect against unauthorized deletion requests.
2. Process your request — We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of verification. In certain cases, it may take up to 45 days if additional time is needed; we will notify you if an extension is required.
3. Confirm completion — You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.

EXCEPTIONS
Please note that we may be required to retain certain data to:
• Complete a transaction or fulfill an order you initiated.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records, financial regulations).
• Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents.
• Exercise or defend legal claims.
If any exceptions apply, we will inform you about what data is retained and the reason for retention.

FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM USERS
If you logged in to any of our services using Facebook or Instagram, or if your data was collected through our Meta (Facebook/Instagram/Threads) integrations, you may also manage your data directly through your Facebook settings:
1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Tru Skool Content Hub and click Remove.
4. Check the box to delete any data the app may have received, then confirm.
Removing the app through Facebook will revoke our access to your Facebook/Instagram data going forward. To also delete data already stored on our systems, please submit a separate email request as described above.
